The Bowling
Tournaments of The Americas Association
holds international bowling tournaments each year
now back in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida
area.
|
|
|
|
An
invitational tournament for PABCON (American Zone) member
countries to enter their National Teams of Adults,
Seniors and Juniors. The Tournament of The Americas will
celebrate it's 50th year in 2012. The tournament has moved
back to Tamarac, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The
Tournament of the Americas will be sanctioned by PABCON.

Formerly
called the Greater Miami International and the South Florida
International in its 20 years in Miami and
Greater Fort Lauderdale. The Florida International held its 21st year at
AMF Kissimmee Lanes in Kissimmee, Florida
(Orlando area) in 2008. Although cancelled for 2009 and 2010
due to
the economy and lack of sufficient entries, we will return to Fort
Lauderdale with the 22nd tournament in 2012, running along with
the World Seniors Tournament. The tournament is open
to all Adult bowlers only. The
Florida International will be sanctioned by PABCON and WTBA. |

This
Tournament is for men and women Senior bowlers (men ages 50+ and
women 45+ years of
age), bowling in age divisions. Invitational to
bowlers of all countries of the world who are members of their
county's bowling federation. There will be no
limits on the number of bowlers per country. The World Seniors Invitational
will be sanctioned by WTBA and its member zones. To be held in
Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2012.
