Use this form for a room at the Homewood Suites-UCF at the special tournament rate per room.  We are making reservations there for those who want them and have their own transportation (close to Boardwalk Bowl) as long as they have available suites.

Hotel Reservation  requires credit card information for "first night" deposit to hold any reservation.  Credit card will not be charged unless you fail to show without 72 hour prior notice to Tournament Office/Hotel. A separate form must be submitted for each room requested.  Form must have full names of all persons who will occupy room.  

Rates - All rates quoted are the same for a single, double, triple or quad  room for a maximum of 4 persons sharing a room.  Rooms have king bed or 2 double beds.  Room rate is the same for 3 days before and 3 days after our tournament dates which starts August 9. Deadline date for reservations are a must.

Group Rate:  SINGLE, DOUBLE, TRIPLE OR QUAD IS THE SAME RATE - $109.00 per Studio or 1 Bedroom Suite/per night + 12.5% tax; (sleeps 4 persons). Payable to hotel.    Each room has a sleeper sofa. Free parking. Complimentary Continental Breakfast and Evening Meal to all guests on the resort side (Monday through Friday).  Also available in limited quantity are two queen bed suite (with living room sofa bed) at $119.00 per night (sleeps 6 per room).

Due to our special hotel sponsor rates, no reservations will be taken directly  by the hotel for the discounted tournament rate. All reservations must be made through the Tournament Office.  The room placement is at the discretion of the hotel, any requests for specific rooms or area in the hotel (upgrades) will be at a higher price than the Tournament's special rate for a standard room.  Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

Hotel's Reservation deadline - July 10, 2009.  Please be aware that the hotel has set this deadline for our block of rooms at the special sponsor rate.  Reservations arriving at the Tournament Office later than deadline, may be charged at hotel's regular rack rate and/or rooms may not be available.  If you need additional rooms after the deadline, please contact us directly.  We may have room changes that will make a few rooms still available and  help you avoid the higher hotel's normal rate. Please notify us of any change in reservations.

On the form, fill in only your name as it appears on card, put in the type of card and expiration date, putting only last four numbers of your card. Check "sending separately" box on the line for the card number.  Send a separate email, using button provided on bottom of this page or hotel reservation page, which will go to a different email address.  Include in the email your credit card number, the name of your country and your first name initial and sur name (such as: 1111 2222 x x x x, D. Perez, Chile). In this way, any transmission intercepted will not have all necessary information.
